Greetings from Sitel (Foundever) !!! Hiring for International Voice & Non voice Process. Graduate freshers can apply. US Internet Service Provider, Chat Customer Support.
• Responsibility: Provide customer Support to International Customers
• Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts.
• Desired Skills: Need Excellent Communication skills in English.
• Working Days: 5 days working
• Weekly Offs: 2 Week Offs(Rotational and Split)
• Transport: 2 way cab is provided Home Pickup and Home Drop + Travel allowance
Shift : 247 flexibility required ( Major Shift Window: 5:30 pm to 11:30 am, + hours of working including 1 hour break. )
Should be flexible for Work from office .
Immediate Joiners Preferred. Salary: For Freshers- 15+00 take home plus + incentives Experience - 17200 take home plus + incentives
Levels of Interview : Harver Chat/Talk push, VNA, Ops
