Job Description :
Regularly participating in scrum calls
Ensuring a high level of delivered code quality and enterprise scale performance metrics
Ensuring deployments and delivery as per agile program management standards
Ensuring the quality of output exceeds the expectations set with the client
Identify problems and bottlenecks before hand and raise the flag to concerned personnel
Academic and Technology
Hands on knowledge in Ruby on Rails
Hands on experience in working in Service Oriented frameworks and web services like REST API, JSON
Knowledge in working with MySQL and MS SQL
Experience in working in Agile Program Management environments is an added advantage
Soft Skills
Passion for building technology products
Good communication skills
Creative thinking to complement our clients
Collaborative coordination and time management.
Ability to pick up and engineer new technologies
