SALARY : upto 3 LPA LOCATION : Ahmedabad, Gujarat, INDIA VACANCIES : 4 QUALIFICATION : any graduate MALE/FEMALE : Both EXPERIENCE : 2-3 years JOB DETAILS Post Name : Operation Executive Location: Ahmedabad Gujarat (Work location can be nearby Navrangpura area) Job type: Full-time/ Permenent/ On-roll Industry: Finance (BFSI) Department : Operation- Branch Admin / Back-office jobs Key functions: Co-ordination with central Ahmedabad branch operation team in Preparation of Daily / Monthly MIS reports Customer KYC and secondary documents verification. Must be ensuring on-time payments of the customers. Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant entries. Processing and Disbursement of pending files. Checking and verification of KYC documents/ details. Handling all administration in Navrangpura Ahmedabad branch activities. Need to do regular follow-ups with existing customers who have submitted queries. Cross selling of BFSI products from current customers. Pre-screen customer segments as per the organization norms Need follow-ups with pending enrollment/kyc forms Skills Required: Good Communication Skills, High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm, Customer Relationship. Candidate must be Graduate in any field (12th pass and 3+ year degree) 1-3 yrs of relevant experience in Operation of BFSI Industry. Good communication/presentation skills, High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm and pleasing personality Should have experience of handling multiple product sales nearby Navrangpura Ahmedabad city customers Processing and Disbursement of file and make sure complete within given time limit.
