o Identifying & Recruiting potential Insurance Consultants or Advisors

o Driving business targets through Insurance Advisors

o Coaching and preparing advisors for higher productivity

o Preparing strategy & achieving targets on monthly, quarterly & annual basis

o Driving various competitions and club memberships
