This is ZAMEER @ +513XXXXXX From IZEEMANPOWER Bangalore's Largest BPO Recruitment Firm.
We currently have voice openings with the BPO companies,
work from home and work from office salary up to 6LPA
location :
Bangalore
Handling the customers inquiry and coordination with CUSTOMER SERVICE. -Handling calls, collecting and updating the database. Follow-up with customers & managing database of leads allocation
Improvement and quality assurance programs
1)Banking process- Help in customer resolving their banking related queries.
2) Customer service executive (CSE) - Handling the customers calls on telecom related queries
3) Tech Support (Technical Chat ) -Trouble Shoot Technical Queries for various clients through voice, chat and email
.
4) Customer service email chat process
Fresher Salary - upto 22k
Experience Salary - upto 38k
Shift :
US/UK Should be flexible with rotational Shift
Qualification:
10th, 12th, Graduate
Industry:
BPO customer service ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO.
Location- Bangalore
Required Experience:
Fresher/1 Year experience in International Call center Voice process
