Role Description
This is a full-time/hybrid role as an Openshift Engineer with 4 years of experience, located in Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, with flexibility for some remote work. The Openshift Engineer will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining containerized applications in a production environment. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, provide customized solutions, and integrate new technologies into the platform.
Required Skills:
• Red Hat Certified Openshift Administrator
• Minimum of 2 year of experience Container images deploy & release management with Openshift and/or Kubernetes
• Minimum 2 years Experience with J2EE Application servers (Jboss or Websphere or Weblogic)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Production (Live) environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of professional software development experience
• Minimum of 2 year of experience with modern DevOps tools, such as Git, GitHub, and/or Jenkins
• Installation, configuration, and development of applications using OpenShift including in a production environment
• Experience working with Red Hat infrastructure automation products such as Ansible, CloudForms a plus
• Experience in developing high performing server-side applications
