Opera PMS Consultant (LC-252)

Strong functional & configuration knowledge of Opera Cloud. - Minimum 2¿4 years experience in Opera Cloud PMS implementation. - Proven experience in training hotel staff on Opera Cloud systems, including end-user and administrative training sessions. - Ability to conduct training sessions for users with varying levels of technical proficiency. - Knowledge and experience on Oracle accelerator service. - Understanding of hospitality workflows: reservations, check-in/out, billing, housekeeping, reporting. - Ability to manage tasks independently and work within defined project plans and deadlines. - Attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying risks and issues. - Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise between technical teams, hotel operations, and vendors. - Analytical thinking to troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions quickly. - Provide support Go-Live and post-go-live phase for stabilization, fine-tuning, and addressing operational issues. - Hands-on experience with hotel system integrations (OXI, HTNG, OWS) - Skills in troubleshooting Opera Cloud operational and system errors. - Experience working with hotel chains or multi-property groups is an advantage. - Experience in OHIP is an advantage
