Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
As the Chief Operations and Engagement Officer, you will be instrumental in steering the leadership team towards achieving our mission. Your responsibilities will include:
• Collaborating closely with the Human Resources Manager to oversee staff management, performance enhancements, and compliance with Affirmative Action mandates.
• Leading the IT Manager in ensuring our technological framework is current, cost-effective, and secure.
• Working in partnership with the Communications Director to effectively communicate our successes and ensure all team members are equipped for outreach initiatives.
• Engaging with the Director of Impact Data to integrate and harness data across all program areas, employing tools such as PowerBI.
• Overseeing the orientation of new staff and the development of internal training programs, promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Ensuring adherence to federal regulations and managing facility maintenance, including budget development.
Required Skills

• Proficient in developing and training teams on effective systems and processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure and data analytics.
• Experience in managing human resources matters and leading teams.

• Ability to cultivate staff development and maintain a supportive work culture.
Qualifications
• A Master's degree in business, public administration, non-profit management, or a related field is preferred, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an executive role managing teams of at least 15 professionals.
• Proven experience in at least two of the following domains: IT, communications, human resources, or data analytics.
• A valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the United States.

Compensation And Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of \(120,100 to \)125,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package, including:
