Operating Partner (Equity) – Logistics Marketplace (Early Stage Startup)
We are an early-stage startup with a logistics marketplace platform bulky item home delivery (web + app) ready to launch.
What we need now is a go-getter who can help attract drivers and clients to the platform and get real traction.
This is a hands-on role focused on execution.
About the Role
As Operating Partner, you will take ownership with our help of launching the platform and building momentum from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire and onboard drivers to the platform (build supply)
Attract clients and generate real usage
Lead pilot launch and manage day-to-day operations
Establish dispatch flow and service quality
Identify and solve operational challenges quickly
Who This Role Suits
Experience in logistics, transport, delivery, or marketplace platforms
Background working with driver networks, fleets, or last-mile delivery
Startup operators who have built supply and demand
Self-starters who take ownership and get things done
Experience with platforms such as Uber or DoorDash is highly regarded.
