This is regarding opening with a leading Pvt Bank as a Operation Analytics Head
Designation: Operation Analytics Head
Experience: 10-12 years of experience in handling an operations unit with proficiency in managing deliverables, optimizing processes, and training new hires
Industry: BFSI
Education: MBA (preferably Masters in Tech/Science/Software)
Location: Mumbai
Job Role:
- Assist the Product team with the timely and accurate delivery of campaigns utilising Unica or any other Martech solution.
- Help with the team's onboarding and providing new executives with process, data, and Martech tool training
- Be in charge of the entire campaign journey, including flow creation, campaign execution, and data delivery to analysts for analysis.
- Boost productivity by empowering the team to operate more efficiently by streamlining processes and improving current workflow
- Keep Martech operating at peak levels by communicating often with key stakeholders like IT.
- Monitor and analyse important data, such as campaign TATs and team performance on an individual basis.
- Produce monthly content for executive presentations - Assess the rapidly changing technical landscape and suggest the best tool or rocedure to complete the task more quickly and effectively
