JOB DESCRIPTION FOR OPERATION ASSOCIATE:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinating with vendors for negotiation, coordination, and communication.
Coordinating with the HR team for onboarding and Exit formalities of the employees.
Knowledge of tools such as CRM, SaaS Tools
Coordinating with the finance team for reconciliations
Strong technical skills and computer hardware, software, and network knowledge.
Familiarity with IT support tools and software.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Manage general office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain and organize physical and electronic files and devices for new joinee and maintain the assets sheet.
Train users on new software and provide ongoing support for application-related issues.
They identify operational issues, investigate root causes, and propose solutions to resolve problems.
Qualification:
Experience: 6 months to 1 year
Experience in to IT and Admin Field
Education: Any graduate
Vendor Management, SaaS, CRM and Office administration
