We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Data Specialist to manage the organization and upload of critical business documents. This role requires someone who can ensure accuracy, structure, and consistency when handling financial data and business plans. Responsibilities:
Upload and format business plans and financial documents into the designated platform.
Ensure all documents are well-organized, visually polished, and accurately formatted.
Maintain version control and ensure proper storage of all materials.
Troubleshoot and resolve any formatting or upload issues within the platform.
Prepare client-facing materials, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
Serve as a champion of internal software tools, optimizing workflows for efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelors or masters degree in any related field
3-7yrs of experience in similar role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial and business documents.
Comfort with data entry, document formatting, and content organization.
Ability to quickly learn and navigate new software platforms.
Proactive problem-solver who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong written & verbal communication skills and ability to maintain clear, structured documentation.
