We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our fast-paced event management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-ground execution, ensuring seamless delivery of events from planning to wrap-up.Key Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end operations for corporate and social events.Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met.Supervise event set-up, execution, and dismantling on-site.Manage inventories, logistics, and transport arrangements.Handle permits, licenses, and vendor negotiations.Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Monitor event timelines and budgets.Troubleshoot on-ground issues to ensure smooth operations.Requirements:25 years of experience in event operations or a similar role.Strong communication and organizational skills.Must be physically fit and ready to work on-field during events.Flexibility to travel and work long/odd hours, including weekends.Knowledge of event production elements (sound, lights, staging, etc.) is a plus.Own vehicle is preferred.
