1. End-to-End Inventory Control
Manage inventory across the hub and all spoke outlets, including raw materials, semi-
finished, and finished goods.
2. System vs Physical Stock Reconciliation
Ensure system inventory always matches actual physical stock. Identify, investigate, and
resolve variances.
3. Inventory SOP Compliance
Implement and monitor inventory SOPs at hub and spoke level. Ensure teams follow
correct processes for receiving, issuing, transfers, and wastage.
4. Stock Movement Management
Track all inward, outward, inter-outlet, and hub-to-spoke stock movements and ensure
timely system entries.
5. Daily / Periodic Stock Checks
Conduct daily critical-item checks and periodic full stock audits at hub and spoke
locations.
6. Wastage & Shrinkage Control
Monitor wastage, pilferage, and expiry losses. Share root-cause analysis and corrective
actions.
7. Inventory Level Planning
Maintain minimum, maximum, and reorder levels to avoid stock-outs and overstocking.
8. Production & Dispatch Coordination
Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure correct issue of materials and
accurate dispatch to spokes.
9. Reporting & Data Accuracy
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports covering variance, wastage, stock ageing,
and slow-moving items.
10. System Discipline & Data Hygiene
Ensure all inventory entries are done on time and correctly in the system (GRNs, issues,
transfers, adjustments).
11. Training & Process Support
Train outlet and hub staff on inventory processes and best practices. Provide on-ground
support where required.
12. Data Study
Creating data study as per management requirement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
