Responsibilities :
Day to day process, Managing on a day-to-day basis, following tasks related - DPD closures, NACH reconciliation, raising invoices, tracking performance security and other tasks
Maintaining the Weekly & monthly MIS
Managing Customer Care and some of the associated functions
File Disbursement and File Management
Maintaining the Daily & monthly MIS
Maintaining the Daily tracker.
Preparing payment for individual cases.
Co-ordinate With Sales Team
Interact with customers to rectify their queries.
ECS Banking and Clearing.
Reconciliation of Internal Accounts.
Co-ordinate with Collection Team.
Ensure Adherence to all mandatory, statutory norms
Maintain updated records of loan applications
Follow up with clients about loan renewals
Monitor progress of existing loans
Qualifications:
0-3 years of relevant experience
Experience with Loan Management Systems, loan softwares
Proficient computer skills
Ability to adapt to new technology quickly and seamlessly
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Education:
10+2+3 / UG / PG

Salary: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
