. Insurance Policy data preparation and submission to accounts for payment in case of New Insurance, Monthly renewal, Extra Endorsement. Storing soft copy of received insurance policy and sharing the same with finance team.
2. Updation of contract wise policy number in ALDAVAR
3. Upload soft copy of insurance policy for New & Monthly Renewal in MY ALD through BOT
4. To share soft copies of insurance policy as and when requested by customer / user.
5. Tracking, Updating & storing soft copies of insurance done by customer / user- or internal ALD team members.
6. Coordinating with insurance company for name change cases.
7. Follow-up with insurance company for policy soft copy and storing the same in ALD drive.
8. Preparation of Insurance cancellation list based on monthly termination of contracts, updating contract wise remarks and follow-up with insurance company to close the same in time.
REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE :
1. Follow-up with customer coordinator / individual user for collection of registration certificate for new validated contract and existing contract.
2. Saving registration certificate copies received from customer in SAT portal.
3. For non-receipt of registration certificate cases, download and store soft copy from VAHAN portal. This would help to identify contracts where registration certificate is not generated due to some technical or system error.
4. Checking and Updating RTO penalty challan on vahan portal for UGO vehicles.
5. Updation of road tax renewal contracts on monthly bases, updating new expiry date.
Candidate’s would be work for Client premises on the payroll of pamac finserv pvt ltd.
