Job Summary
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely capture and update of required lead details in SFDC (Walk-in, telephonic, online, events)
• Submit the booking amount paid by the customer and update the same on SFDC with VIN number allocation
• Confirm availability of required vehicle type against allocated VIN number
• Update the new vehicle expected arrival time and delivery date agreed with the customer on SFDC
• Generate and share Performa Invoice and Final Invoice and update the same on SFDC
• Manage the booking cancellation process as required at the system level
• Facilitate the process of collection of payments and documents for finance on a case to case basis
• **Sales & Delivery Support
• Take all possible actions and coordinate with relevant teams at the dealership and Audi India to ensure timely allocation and delivery of the car against the VIN number allocation
• Ensure timely dispatch of stock billing request to Audi India, and track delivery status of in-transit vehicles
• Synthesize data from SFDC and other sources to create daily, weekly and monthly reports for the purpose of sales team review
• Trigger and coordinate PDI with the Service team and ensure preparation and completion of all necessary documentation for new vehicle handover to the customer
• Manage all required formalities for insurance and registration of demo cars and courtesy cars
• **Measures (Reports):
• % Number Of Sales Consultants registered on SFDC
• Warranty\EW Punching TAT post Metal Out
• SFAI Scores
• % of TD\Curtesy cars with insurance
• Database Management
• Quality and accuracy of reports
• No of delay in deliveries because of PDIs
• Additional Responsibilities
• **Lead Generation
• Maintain and expand customer base by identifying new customers in the assigned territory
• Work with marketing and sales activities to generate and execute upcountry sales leads
• **Vehicle Sales
• Actively maintain contact with prospective customers to convert them into buyers and sell the entire Audi product portfolio
• Regular follow-up on leads allocated through the marketing team, Audi India centrally
• Conduct need analysis with the customer, arrange vehicle demonstration and test drives at convenient location to create a unique product experience, making customers feel the need to buy an Audi
• Prepare product presentation highlighting the key Audi features and benefits as compared to competitors
• Build a strong customer trust by offering right product from Audi portfolio meeting all the customer needs
• Check for Finance requirements, Trade-in opportunities, accessories, EW, Service Package, other VAS requirements from the customer
• Explanation and confirmation of sales contract, record details, payments properly and make sure that the customer has a Audi brand experience through the sales process, right from first contact to final vehicle delivery
• Ensure achievement of monthly corporate sales targets set in line with dealership sales appendix
• Drive sales for the dealers by selling profitably and maximizing value added services sales
• **Additional Business Generation
• Identifying opportunities for further sales and new areas for development through detailed research of assigned territory
• Studying the existing customers( Historical data) and identifying an opportunity for new business generation
• **Process Adherence
• Plan and manage all system level reporting and documentation requirement as per automotive regulations
• Ensure adherence to the scheduled TD or Product Demonstrations
• Ensure Lead Management module owner ship of SFDC
• Ensure adherence to process and achievement of CSS and LRS scores
• Update and maintain the IPAD with latest information on Products, Pricing and Customer Schemes
• **Customer Satisfaction
• Own the customer satisfaction scores for the sales process through CSS
• Ensure presence and owner ship of the customer vehicle sales and delivery process
• Conduct home visit if required to drive customer satisfaction
• Coordinate effectively with relevant teams and stake holders to ensure smooth execution of required processes such as Test Drives, Billing and payments, Loan approvals, RTO registrations, trade-in evaluations, and final vehicle handover **

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
