Roles and responsibilities

Leading an Digital Marketing Department, HR Department, Sales Department, Admin & Front Office.
Minimising the waste and full optimisation of resources
Responsible for production
Material procurement
Material dispatch
Office & factory administration
Co-ordination with sales team
helping on the hiring of employees
Evaluating performance and productivity of employees.
Interacting with directors.
Coordinated with distributors & MT’s.
Evaluating performance and productivity with the help of software.
Coordinate with front office, admin, MIS, support to HR, Client Handling and vendor handling. Support in sales.
Prepared reports for all department.
Coordination with teams across departments for process implementation.
Manage day-to-day aspects.
