Job Role Summary:

This person will be working closely with business or support teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the respective Business Unit by identifying gaps, executing projects, and helping run the department with a data-driven approach. This position requires the candidate to have comfort in MS Excel, attention to detail, a positive professional attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment. One of the main responsibilities is to see a decision or an idea to its execution: setting up a roadmap, setting priorities, and following through with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

● Streamlining Processes

● Stakeholder Alignment

● Creating SOPs

● Identifying operational requirements and opportunities for improvement

● Driving Projects end-to-end

● Data Management: Analysis of data & Creating Reports

● Communicate with senior people in organizations to find out what they hope to achieve

● Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research

● Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies

● Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems

Requirements:

● A friendly professional demeanor and ability to excel in a team-oriented environment

● Medium proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially MS Excel;

● Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required

● Excellent communication and organizational skills

● Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines

● Ability to learn and adapt to change

● 0-1 years of experience is preferred. However, freshers with exceptional skill sets and a go-getter attitude can apply as well.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
