Full Job Description
Managing administrative part of purchasing.
Raise all Purchase Orders for the department based on sales.
General administrative duties such as filing, Update Customer Service on PO progress, shipment dates, delivery dates, POD’s.
Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
Able to create and administer a task priority list based on company needs.
Filling up of Vendor Registration Form/Pre- Qualification Form.
Preparing and Processing Tax invoice of materials, Delivery challan & Purchase Orders, Payment Statements of vendors.
