Event Management Position
1) Develop and execute multifaceted campaigns across various locations.
2) Responsible for independently executing events at the grassroots level while taking ownership of assigned tasks.
3) Assist in planning operational strategies and managing fund flow statements to facilitate project execution.
4) Coordinate and negotiate with vendors nationwide for campaign execution.
5) Timely submission of project reports is mandatory.
6) Ensure delivery of committed deliverables.
7) Regularly monitor team performances.
8) Vendor management is crucial.
9) Expected to learn talent management and vendor & manpower sourcing.
10) Establish a strong vendor base.
