Job Description
Role and responsibilities
· Advising and providing system resolution to customer tickets on the platform
· Ensuring upload of company data on the platform on a periodic basis
· Prompt response for customer grievances and troubleshooting the issues.
· Managing TAT for the disposals
· Coordination among team members for faster resolution and system management
· Creating and updating the operations processes and policies, working closely with senior management
· Liaison and helping clients complete the deal
· Handling MIS of the different funnels of transaction and ensuring a transaction clearance from different funnels
· Ensuring data accuracy, completeness in the transactions and helping the auditor with providing the resolutions to their operational queries
Qualification/Skills -
· Prior 2+ years operations experience working with a Private Bank/Wealth Management/Stock Broking set up.
· Understanding of stock markets is an added advantage
· Excellent communication skills - Written / Oral.
· Super-Organizers, a good listener, and possess analytical, presentation skills.
· Hard working and meticulous
