About the Role:
Phynyx Industrial Products Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Customer Operations Executive to manage the complete order lifecycle from RFQ to dispatch. This role ensures smooth coordination across sales, production and quality teams, with full ownership of CRM and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage RFQs, quotations, order entries and CRM records
Track orders from enquiry to dispatch and ensure timely execution
Coordinate with internal teams to avoid delays or errors
Maintain accurate customer accounts and documentation
Follow up proactively to ensure no gaps in the process
Requirements:
Experience with CRM/ERP systems
Strong English communication
Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive
Ability to manage multiple orders and timelines
Location: Mazgaon, Mumbai (Office-based)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
