Operation Executive Logistics
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities · Manage inventory as well as Brach warehouse, transportation, and other logistics processes · Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met · Handling customer queries and complaints, resolving it within the TAT ensuring positive review by the customer.
· Acquisition of new customers / handling walk-in customers. · Coordinate with Fleet Department and adhere to pick-up / delivery schedule.
· Collection of POD and ensure timely raising Invoice by Corporate Accounts in accordance with the SOP within TAT specified.
· Cash handling and keeping accurate record of income & expenditure. · Arranging loading-unloading labour as per daily requirements at the branch · Ensuring the Credit period is adhered to.
Proactive follow-up for payments based on Outstanding Statements · Provide leads of potential customers in the surround region to Regional Head / Corporate Marketing team.
· Prepare Branch Performance MIS report on monthly basis and take initiate corrective action on gaps, skill development. · Upkeep of Branch premises and administration including security, safety, house-keeping, maintenance, CCTV and facility management. · Ensure safety of people, goods and company assets at the branch. Strictly follow safety protocols of vehicle movements at the Branch. · Train staff and implement corporate policies and best practices as directed by Corporate team
