What You’ll Be Doing (A.K.A. Your Superpowers)

???? Order Fulfillment Pro – Ensure every plant is picked, packed, and delivered with the utmost care.

???? Delivery Coordination – Work with logistics partners to guarantee on-time and damage-free deliveries.

???? Process Optimization – Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to boost efficiency.

???? Inventory & Vendor Management – Keep track of stock, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure a smooth supply chain.

???? Tracking & Reporting – Monitor key operational metrics and help enhance performance.

???? Problem-Solving Ninja – Handle last-minute delivery or stock challenges like a pro!

What We’re Looking For
✔ 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.

✔ Super-organized and detail-oriented mindset.

✔ Strong coordination skills to manage vendors, teams, and deliveries efficiently.

✔ Quick thinker who can troubleshoot problems on the go.

✔ Experience in e-commerce or last-mile delivery is a plus! (Bonus if you’ve handled fragile goods like plants! ????)

✔ Someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
