Operations Manager- Holiday Planning (International and domestic)

Experience- minimum 2 years (Operations)

Education minimum graduate degree (MBA preferable).

· Comprehensive knowledge, experience, and passion for tourism.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.

· Best level Negotiation Skills for better deals.

Job Description:

o Handling operations/Cross sales for ongoing tours.

o Handling the files post sales end to End until guest come back from tour.

o Itinerary Planning

o Designing of tour packages

o Coordination with Suppliers and Sales Team

o Handling the FIT / GIT Operations

o Outbound Destination Knowledge

o Should be familiar with OTA.

o Awareness about the Industry on going trend.

o Coordinating with Inhouse sales team for understand the enquiry flow and challenges.
