Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operation Executive to join our team. This full-time, junior position requires 1 to 3 years of work experience in operations. The role is based in multiple locations, including Bangalore Rural, Belagavi, Tumakuru, Udupi, Mangaluru, Davanagere, and Shimoga. The ideal candidate will assist in the seamless execution of our companys operations processes.

Qualifications And Skills

• Proficient in Excel, ensuring the ability to handle complex spreadsheets and data analyses effectively (Mandatory skill).

• BFSI Industry experience to understand the intricacies of banking, financial services, and insurance operations (Mandatory skill).

• Excellent email etiquette to professionally communicate with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and concise correspondence (Mandatory skill).

• Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and analytical approach to overcome operational challenges efficiently.

• Customer service orientation, adept at understanding and catering to the needs of clients and partners.

• Experience in operation roles, showcasing a proven track record of supporting business processes and procedures.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in execution.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and processes clearly across organizational levels.
