As the Operations Manager - Supply Chain at DZ Fresh Foods, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our supply chain processes. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain operations, ensuring they are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with the strategic goals of our company.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that increase efficiency and speed.
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and manage ongoing relationships.
- Lead and optimize supply chain performance through system-driven solutions and data analysis.
- Monitor and manage expenses related to the supply chain operations, setting and controlling budgets.
- Lead, train, and develop a team of supply chain professionals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in supply chain management.
• Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree , Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management within the food processing or related industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations including logistics, warehouse management, and inventory management.
- Proficient in using supply chain management software.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of improving supply chain efficiencies and reducing costs.
