Position Overview:
HeyTea is seeking a dedicated and passionate Store Trainer to join our U.S. Operations team. This role is critical to supporting new hire onboarding, standardizing operational training, and ensuring store teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service and product quality. The Store Trainer will be based in New York but is expected to travel frequently across states to support new store openings and ongoing training needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Standardization Training
• Deliver training on the full product line (tea bases, preparation, specialty drinks, etc.) and SOPs, ensuring consistency in product quality across all stores (corporate and franchise).
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and on-site coaching to address technical challenges during pre-opening and daily operations.
2. Management Team Coaching
• Train and empower store managers and shift leaders in areas such as scheduling optimization, inventory and waste control, QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) management, and customer complaint handling.
• Improve operational efficiency and team collaboration through coaching and ongoing supervision.
