About the Role
This Operational Banking Associate position plays a critical role in supporting our clients' needs and helping them achieve their financial goals. As a member of our team, you will work closely with a collaborative, high-performing team to deliver top-tier support and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include onboarding and verifying customers, processing requests, and communicating with customers to ensure they have an exceptional experience when joining and using our platform.

Key Accountabilities

Deliver exceptional customer experiences through efficient and effective processing of customer requests
Collaborate with the team to complete operational tasks and achieve business objectives
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain accurate records
Provide excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer queries
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Experience in financial services or retail investing is preferred, but a strong desire and ability to learn are essential. You should also be skilled at Excel-based data analysis and have a keen eye for detail.
