Operational Efficiency and Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Develop and implement initiatives that improve cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with product, tech, and ground operations teams to identify and resolve process-related issues.
• Gather and act on feedback to improve operational effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.
Program Management and Cost Optimization
• Develop comprehensive program strategies that align with business objectives.
• Execute data-driven programs, including the Driver and Partner Service Ticket Program, with defined KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor program impact through structured reporting, focusing on cost optimization and operational efficiency, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations) for seamless program rollout.
Analytical Insights and Decision Support
• Use data analytics to drive decisions and refine strategies for operational efficiency and cost optimization.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools to track key metrics and operational performance.
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend innovative solutions.
Requirements:
• Experience: 3+ years in Consulting, Strategy, Program Management, or similar fields with a proven ability to drive data-driven decisions.
• Education: IIT/IIM or similar qualifications required.
• Program & Process Management: Strong experience in program and process management, including process design and optimization.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Advanced Excel, with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. (SQL is a Plus)
• Communication & Leadership: Strong stakeholder communication skills and experience leading cross-functional teams, particularly in ground operations.
• Operational Focus: Demonstrated experience working closely with ground operations teams and optimizing on-ground processes.
• Cost Optimization: Proven experience in identifying cost-saving opportunities, implementing effective solutions, and managing programs that drive operational cost efficiency.
