Job description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the operational activities of the corporate travel department,
ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Utilize GDS software (Galileo/Amadeus) to handle air ticketing for both international
and domestic travel.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, understanding their travel
needs, and providing personalized service.
- Coordinate and book flights, accommodations, and other travel arrangements according
to client preferences and budgetary constraints.
- Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and negotiate favorable rates with
airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, airline regulations, and travel-related technology to
provide the most up-to-date information to clients.
- Assist clients with visa processing requirements, providing basic knowledge and

- Collaborate with the finance department to manage billing, invoicing, and financial

• Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate travel management, with a strong focus on air ticketing
using GDS software (Galileo/Amadeus).
- In-depth knowledge of international and domestic travel booking processes, including
flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
- Familiarity with visa processing procedures and basic knowledge of visa requirements.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle corporate clients' travel needs
with professionalism and efficiency.
• Salary: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
