Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional General Manager who possesses the drive, experience, and enthusiasm to grow the business's profitability by developing and executing commercial plans in conjunction with the hotel leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a group of highly skilled and focused team members to build and maintain a workplace culture and environment that produces optimal results from all departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a hotel operational senior management role and at least three years of experience as a property General Manager, preferably in a 4.5-star hotel environment.

A strong background in managing profitable, dynamic, and innovative food and beverage businesses or profit centres.

">

The ability to drive exceptional financial results through exemplary cost control and revenue management.

">

A sound understanding of hotel operations, including administration, budgets, forecasting, sales & marketing, human resources, food & beverage, room revenue, and yield management.

">

Strong decision-making skills with excellent oral and written communication skills.

">

The ability to work effectively in a team environment to lead, train, and develop fellow team members.
