Job Description
Oversee and manage the daily operations of all departments including Rooms Division, F&B Service, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Banquets.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficiency and service excellence.
Monitor financial performance, control costs, and assist in achieving revenue targets.
Handle guest feedback promptly and maintain positive relationships with guests and vendors.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to ensure professional growth and high performance.
Maintain property standards in line with brand and compliance requirements.
Plan and supervise banquet events and restaurant operations to ensure flawless execution.
Work closely with the senior management team on budgets, forecasting, and business strategies.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
