VACANCY FOR OPERATIONAL PLANNER
Join us as Operational Planner based in Satara to Plan capacity on cell level. Optimize DOT. Reduce takt time for the whole manufacturing process. Coordinate with order handling. Keep suppliers/order handling updated on orders. Ensure correct data in ERP system.

The position / About the Job:
In this job the Operational Planner would be responsible for:
• Plan the daily production order based on customer needs, as well as order unique as inventory orders.
• Optimize capacity utilization to ensure market requirements and agreed lead times.
• Manage changes/ deviations in day-to-day planning.
• Be responsible for the communication with Deliver and Source in the event of, for example, delays in production
• With TM ensure that the capacity needs are met.
• Together with TM, improve the production process to ensure shorter lead times, increased efficiency, and flexibility.
• Maintain and initiate changes to system parameters linked to planning.
• Participate in project NPD/EPD
• Participate in cross-functional evaluation / improvement work.
• Be active in Cell Status Board meetings
• Be active in problem solving as well as other improvement activities
• Suggest improvements to Instructions/SOPs
• Always consider the possibility of eliminating waste
• Engage in the work with safety and quality and immediately call TM/UM when problems or risks arise
• Take responsibility for their own development and for staying informed
Who you are?

What you can be?
• B.E.in Mechanical / B.E. in Production engineering with minimum 4-6 years’ experience in relevant field.
• Experience from production planning & master planning.
• Production planning and MRP (material requirement planning)
• Standards Knowledge (ASME, PED, EN, 3A)
• ALPS
• ERP-Systemet (AX)
• Engaged in problem solving and improvement work
• Customer Focused
• Good knowledge of the business and processes of the company.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• You are proactive.
• You have good cross functional awareness.
