The aim for this hire is to help the 2LOD ORM team adequately monitor and challenge the Operational Risks for the bank.
The role:
• Facilitation of risk assessments with business units and support functions, including full end to end transaction lifecycle reviews.
• Timely capture and review of operational risk events, with appropriate escalation and root cause trend analysis.
• Manage the scenario analysis process which feeds into the Bank’s ICAAP.
The suitable candidate:
• 5-10 years experince in Risk & Contols ideally in PB & Transactional banking
• Knowledge of Regulatory risk and bnaking infrastructure
• Deep knowledge of operational risk methodologies and principles
