2. B2B Hotel & Holiday bookings for Travel Agents: We are offering Hotel booking services to other Travel agents for their B2C & Corporate clients.
3. B2B services for MICE & other Event Companies: We are offering complete Flight, Land Transport & Hotel booking services to most of the major event management companies for their MICE, Weddings & other events.
Job description
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES: Operational Travel Consultant (Hotels & Holidays Packages)
· Book transportation & hotel reservations
· Designing Tour Packages and convert Prospect to Sales.
· Selling Domestic / International destinations holiday packages.
· Generating leads for B2C OR B2B using Online and/ or offline modes
· Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages promotional travel incentives offered by various travel carriers
· Provide customer with brochures publications containing travel information, like local customs, points of interest, or foreign country regulations
· Developing and/ or maintaining the complete database for all hotel tie-ups and daily financial transactions.
· Negotiate with suppliers and contractors regarding terms and prices.
· Preparing customized itinerary & costing according to customer needs. Keep regular touch with clients & service providers
· Coordinating with clients for their visa documents
· Preparing travel vouchers
· Attending to customer queries for holiday packages through emails and phones calls.
· Assist & explain clients about their tour plan at the time of final handover.
· Manage the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of total business results.
· Confer and coordinate for audits with the internal and external auditors.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational Travel Consultant (hotel & Holidays) at Amigos Alliance LLP in Gurugram. The role involves managing travel arrangements, providing expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and travel options, handling bookings and reservations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of travel booking systems and software
- Experience in the travel industry, particularly in hotels and holiday packages
- Customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
Working Days:
6 Days in a week Schedule
Salary: As per Market Standards
Work Mode: Work From office
Eligibility criteria: Only candidates with Hotels & holidays Package experience would be considered.
