Job Title: (Operation) Procurement Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement processes, vendor coordination, stock fulfilment, and ensuring smooth warehouse coordination. Strong negotiation skills and a quality-driven approach are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement Management
Lead procurement operations ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely deliveries.
2. Rate Negotiation
Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
3. Vendor Coordination
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors for seamless communication and delivery management.
4. Stock Fulfilment
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment to avoid shortages.
5. Warehouse Coordination
Collaborate with warehouse teams to manage inward and outward logistics efficiently.
6. Excel Reporting
Use Microsoft Excel for procurement tracking, data management, and reporting.
7. Quality Check of Products
Ensure procured materials meet quality standards and specifications.
8. TAT (Turn Around Time) Management
Maintain adherence to timelines for procurement and delivery processes.
+. Miscellaneous work
1. Porter Booking:
· Coordinate and manage porter bookings.
2. Document Management:
· Maintain accurate records of all submissions and communications with the bank.
3. Bank Documentation work:
· Should have basic understanding of bank related document work.
Candidate Requirements:
Should possess strong negotiation skills and a practical understanding of procurement and vendor management.
Must be proficient in Excel for data handling and reporting.
Should have a basic understanding of warehouse processes.
Should have a quality-focused mindset.
Communication: Decent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Should have the ability to handle work pressure (should have bite - resilient and proactive attitude).
