Our Sydney warehouse is the engine room—and we need dependable people to help us keep up the pace.
About the Role
As Operations 2IC, you’ll own the day-to-day warehouse execution alongside our Operations Manager—helping lead our fulfillment team, optimise inventory, and streamline processes as demand keeps growing.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee daily pick/pack ops and warehouse floor
Schedule and manage casual + part-time staff
Run stock checks and manage reordering
Troubleshoot delivery and fulfillment issues
Proactively improve speed, accuracy, and systems
Report on KPIs and operational bottlenecks
What We’re Looking For
Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse roles (bonus if in eComm)
Team leadership experience—can manage shifts and people with clarity
A system-thinker who sees inefficiencies and builds better workflows
Experience with tools like Shopify, Auspostmybusiness, or Monday.com is preferred but not mandatory
Calm, clear, and focused when things get busy (because they will)
