With a cult- following across millennials, SUGAR targets 25 to 35 year old women with clutter-breaking products that have rich payoff with its unapologetically bold brand identity. The team is currently in the middle of rapidly expanding its operations and the team is currently hiring for the position of Supply Planner Executive
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for driving and executing monthly delivery commitment, OTIF.
• Material requirement planning.
• Managing and controlling finished goods inventory.
• End-to-end inventory management from raw materials to finished goods.
• Dispatch planning and logistics coordination.
• Rough cut capacity planning and optimization of production schedules
• Periodic reviews with internal and external stakeholders
• Project support for new product launches, tech. transfers, etc.
Key Skills
• Quick and willing learner
• Strong analytical skills with sound business understanding
• Good communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Expertise in MS Excel and working knowledge of SAP
Preferred Qualifications
• MBA, preferably specializing in supply chain management.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferably in supply planning in FMCG/ pharma industry
