Exp: 10-13 years; Operations Head Having experience of min 10 years in the industry of textile export in the trims division, well versed with technically aspect of Press & Post press and heading over-all handling of Client Servicing Team Trouble shooting and technical guidance to CS team Monitor of pending order list and regular updates Strong follow-ups with client for rate closure and new orders Meeting clients if required Protocols for order processing and reporting to management Troubleshooter during bottleneck situations in all departments Efficient internal co-ordination between each department Planning and supervision and meeting production target, in an efficient manner Product development and new process development Labour management and team building. QC/Processing - protocol implementation Trouble shooter in all production departments Setting vendors and suppliers for Raw materials Rich experience of printing, familiar with all the printing machines and its technical aspect of it Critical Job approvals Repairs & maintenance planning
