We are actively seeking an Operations Administrative Assistant to join our head office in Prince George. In this pivotal role, you'll be a key player in this fast-paced environment, providing essential administrative support to our dynamic operations team.

Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Front office management - greet/register visitors and notify the appropriate parties of their arrival.
Calendar and appointment management for operations staff
Assist Operations team where required.
Helping QC /QA on reports
Updating operations board.
Provide project managers safety papers.
Assist in ensuring all capital assets are accounted for, and location/condition is documented for reference.
General administrative duties as assigned/required.

Qualifications:
1-3 years experience in an industrial office environment or a combination of schooling (i.e., associate degree or certificate) and experience.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, Excel summaries and basic computer skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
Familiarity with operations and fleet management concepts is an asset.
Ability to effectively manage relationships with diverse personalities and adapt communication styles accordingly.
Demonstrated capability to navigate challenging situations with tact and professionalism, maintaining composure and impartiality in high-pressure environments.
Comfortable using various software and platforms for data entry. (SALUS and Microsoft Dynamics Nav are considered assets)
