Due to continued growth we are now seeking an Operation Administrator to join our Calgary office team! The Operation Administrator will be responsible for performing general administrative and related duties and to provide full support to Operation Supervisor and team.
This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience with a global business in the mining background.
This is an office-based role in Calgary with a Monday to Friday schedule 7:30am to 4:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
Ability to multi-task and prioritize administrative work with assign sites.
Ability to coordinate with booking flights and logistics with new hire.
Working with Roster (Rotation) Management such as training and personal data entry.
Managing multiple portals such as Avetta, IsNetworld, Contractor Compliance, etc.
Understand Management of safety and able to regulate with compliance data and policy.
Assisting with financial duties such as Accounts Reconciliation, PO creation, invoice generation.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails).
Provide administrative support to chosen mine sites and support the entire Operation team.
Job Requirement(s):
Proven of (2) years of administrative work is required for this role.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Good time management skills and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Related administrative and fleet experience preferred.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel.
Oil and Gas experience /knowledge considered as an asset.
Must possess very strong attention to detail.
