From the initial design of CD programs to the hands-on maintenance of high-performance tools, you will be the driving force behind our agile transformation. If you thrive on solving intricate puzzles and building the systems that empower developers to ship faster and smarter, we want you on the team.What Youll DoSpecialise in Jira, Confluence and add on configurations and have an excellent understanding of the Atlassian suite of CD Tools.Configuration of CD tools to support global and local configurations for enhanced business process and the health of the CD tools.Ability to identify and contribute to system maintenance requirements to ensure exemplary CD tools are maintained.Ability to consult with the IAG community to gather complex business process requirements, interpret them into an agile methodology and design and deliver solutions within CD tool capabilities that enhance and digitise work practices.Ability to design, build and support custom solutions that compliment CD Tools to meet business needsManaging and resolving customer support requests such as functionality usage, configuration changes, troubleshooting and identifying larger pieces of work to be planned for sprint.This is a permanent role and offers a flexible hybrid work model based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) or Naarm (Melbourne).What You'll Bring
Technical administration configuration in Jira, Confluence and Add ons and other CD tool suite
Consulting experience delivering CD Tool solutions in large complex environments
Experience in delivering ongoing high levels of customer service
Have created and delivered training programs for varying levels of understanding in CD Tools, i.e. from Beginner to Advanced levels
Ability to design and build custom solutions to achieve business outcomes not delivered by the out of the box solution through the use of programming or scripting capabilities
Experience working in Agile Methodology environments
Demonstrated stakeholder management and engagement.
Relevant industry or specialist qualifications.
