Job Description
Proactively ensure the availability and stability of automated processes through monitoring and building awareness in a complex environment Identify and recommend strategies and solutions to enhance processes to drive continuous improvement. Develop and present appropriate recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Maintain library of business rules and re-useable assets, knowledge, business processes, competencies and practices and uphold the ADC program standards and governance framework Build effective working relationships with teams across Group Operations, product owners, technology delivery teams and external technology vendors Keep up to date on technology and financial services industry trends to identify opportunities beyond current business needs Develop a sound understanding of all automation capabilities housed within the ADC Be the first point of contact for all maintenance related communications and requests Manage daily virtual workforce scheduling and allocation to adjust to volumes, meet agreed SLAs and prioritise the requirements of multiple stakeholders. These include but not limited to: Process Capacity Management, Capacity Planning, Request additional VDIs, Request additional Blue Prism Licences. Develop an in depth understanding of the business processes in scope for automation, including technology systems and environments to ensure a timely resolution to process exceptions and to ensure minimal impact to business teams Manage and triage Infrastructure and Application issues Identify and triage issues through practical problem solving skills, including Exception Handling and first level troubleshooting Communicate regularly with multiple stakeholders on progress of incident resolution and maintain relevant documentation for incident, problem and change management Troubleshoot and communicate to robotics developers with precision, about issues from Control Room Drive engagement with business teams, IT Support teams and other Robotics Team members for issues through to incident resolution Operate within the ADC and wider CBA Group risk
