Job Title Operations Analyst, NCT
Location Pune
The Analyst will be responsible for completion of day-to-day activity as per standards and ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties. He/she needs to ensure team adherence to all cut-off times/deadlines and quality of processing as maintained in SLAs. Needs to monitor queues and do work allocation. He/she should ensure that all queries/first-level escalations related to routine activities are responded to within the time frame specified. Needs to conduct checks and maintain documentation to ensure that there are sufficient records for future reference. Should take responsibility and act as backup for the team manager in his/her absence and share best practices with the team

Your key responsibilities
• Executing assigned production activities
• Ensure 4 eye principal is being followed in the team
• Conduct spot checks to ensure and document adherence
• Maintain up to date process manuals
• Manage queries within team and resolve them with help of onshore colleagues if required
• Assist manager in reviewing process changes and update procedures
• Plan back up for team during their MTAs
• Escalate all issues in time, to the appropriate level, to avoid any adverse impact on the business
• Maintain clear and prompt communication with departments like risk, front office and performance measurement, IT etc.
• Ensure team work culture is practiced.
• To get involved in process improvement projects driven by the management.
• Ensure proper back-ups created and assist other teams during contingencies (Staff shortage, high volumes etc)
Your skills and experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in German language are a must
• Ability to plan and organize work
• Ability to follow up and drive open items to closure
• Innovative thinking
• Generate and maintain MIS for process performance
• Working knowledge of MS Office tools, Adobe Acrobat, Quark Express, Reporting systems like FIS XP, SCD are a must
• Basic knowledge of different investment banking regulation like EMIR, MIFID, etc
• Experience of managing multiple activities with different timelines and coordination required
• Experience of managing processes preferable
