Job Description
:
• Handling of Check Positive pay activities
• Handling of Audit confirmation and Asset Verification requests from Auditors/Creditors
• Client Account statement and Check Copy Retrieval from various applications
• Completing research requests submitted through workflow system providing documents requested and researching Queries.
• Maintains client legal files (deposit and loan) for the Commercial Bank
• Handles new Client Information Forms (CIFs); new account and name change documentation
• Works within established procedures, processes and/or regulatory guidelines
• Coordinate Business and project change requirements with cross functional teams
• Conduct research to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exists and if not whether the new solutions are feasible
• As a continuous process, collaborate well with the Product & Technology teams for the smooth execution of projects as required
• Understand the necessity of project standards and apply them consistently
• Launch application changes/updates related to business-as-usual activities and projects
• Train/Update the team on Process changes and systems updates/changes.
Knowledge:
• General knowledge of bank products, regulations, Processes, and procedures
• High level functional knowledge of Core Banking Systems
• Knowledge on Check Product and clearing
• Knowledge on the account services and set ups
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel and power point presentations

• Excellent communication skills, including ability to express well-reasoned, independent thought. Natural ability to speak and write effectively at all organizational levels.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 6-8 yrs. of experience in a financial institution in the banking domain
• Business Analysis and Project handling experience preferred along with Operations
• Deposit Operations and Commercial Loan background is a plus
