Responsibilities:
Support with good performance of the Back-Office team by supervising the Stock Assistant
Ensure receipt, quantities, tagging, quality check, and deliveries of products in a timely manner
Control and supervise transfers and all other operations in a timely manner
Ensure orders and stock levels of products at all times and coordinate with the brands and designers for stock replenishment
Plan and undertake inventory operations, and be a stakeholder in monitoring loss-prevention
Be the point of contact with the PR departments for celebrity and magazine sourcing
Provide weekly updates and analysis on business performance and stock
Manage customer support daily via email and company WhatsApp
Plan Delivery Schedule of the day/week
Handle customer complaints and feedback, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
Handle administrative tasks, such as consolidating packaging orders, order follow-up
Updating the order sheet on a daily basis capturing all the specific details of the orders sent daily as per the SOPs in place
Support the Operations team in ad hoc projects
Requirements:
Relevant experience – experience in retail or e-commerce preferred
Experience with the operations of POS system
Excellent customer service skills
Good administrative skills
Competent in using Microsoft Office
Good communication skills essential
Good command over written and spoken English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
