Role Description This is a full-time on-site Operations and Maintenance Engineer role located in Kolkata at NMEC Head Office. The Operations and Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, mechanical engineering, maintenance management, operations management, spares management, manpower management, and client handling of Heavy Machinery like Crawler Cranes, All-Terrain Cranes, Piling Rigs, Vibro Hammers, Boom Placers, etc on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications Excellent troubleshooting skills Strong communication skills Experience in preventive & breakdown maintenance of heavy machinery like Crawler Cranes, Telescopic Cranes, Piling Rigs, Boom Placers, Vibro Hammers, Diaphragm Wall Grabs etc. Background in Mechanical Engineering Knowledge of Maintenance Management Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Experience in the Heavy Machinery industry is a must.
