Our Dunedin-based client is seeking a highly organised and systems-oriented Operations & Practice Manager for a part-time, flexible role (up to 15 hours per week). This position can be fully remote or hybrid, with occasional in-person meetings.
This role supports the operational backbone of a growing, founder-led healthcare practice. The focus is on managing systems, coordinating workflows, and translating ideas into structured execution, enabling the clinician to focus on patient care and strategic development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and optimise administrative systems and workflows across the practice
Manage booking, payment, and communication platforms
Organise projects, priorities, and calendar to support clinical efficiency
Improve processes through system optimisation and automation
Coordinate internal and external communications, including providers
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and ensure confidentiality compliance
SKILL SET
Strong organisational and multitasking ability
Excellent written communication skills
Systems thinker with a focus on efficiency and process improvement
High digital literacy and adaptability to new tools
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Professional, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information
